1. Return Period

1.1 Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
1.2 After initiating a return, allow 5โ€“7 days for the product to reach us.


2. Condition of Returned Products

2.1 Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
2.2 Returns with products in poor condition or showing clear signs of wear will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Categories

3.1 Perfumes and certain accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
3.2 Estilocus may update this non-returnable list at any time without prior notice.


4. Reverse Pick-Up Process

4.1 We offer free reverse pick-up wherever the service is available.
4.2 The courier will attempt pick-up twice.
4.3 If reverse pick-up is not available in your area, you must ship the product back to our address, and we will reimburse the shipping cost.


5. Refund Timeline

5.1 Once we receive the returned product, please allow 7 working days for processing and refund initiation.


6. COD / Partial-COD Rules

6.1 The COD/Partial-COD fee will be refunded as a coupon only if you receive the order and then return it.
6.2 If you refuse a Partial-COD order at the time of delivery, the shipping charges will not be refunded.


7. Refund Methods

7.1 Prepaid Orders (Online Payments):
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method such as bank account, card, or wallet.

7.2 COD or Partial-COD Orders:
You will receive a coupon code equal to your order value, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.


8. Orders Placed with Coupon Codes

8.1 Orders placed using a coupon code are not eligible for return or exchange.


9. Exchange Rules

9.1 Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, no further exchanges or refunds will be allowed for that order.


10. Cancellations

10.1 You can cancel your order only before itโ€™s dispatched. Once dispatched, it canโ€™t be canceled.


11. Fraudulent or Tampered Packages

11.1 If you receive a tampered package or fraudulent product, you must:

  • 11.1.1 Record a complete unboxing video showing the package from start to finish.

  • 11.1.2 Email the video to: customercare@estilocus.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: Without this proof, we will be unable to process such claims.

    SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

    • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, youโ€™ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

    • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount  will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of coupon code in case of COD.

      PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using โ€˜Speed Postโ€™ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

    • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
    • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail ecomsales@estilocus.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
    • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
